Peer Review Process

1. After the article is submitted, experts will review it to ensure that it adheres to the journal's guidelines (the article must be prepared precisely according to the journal's authors' instructions).
2. If the article is accepted in the first stage, the editor, the executive manager, and the editorial board will evaluate it scientifically regarding the quality of the content and the journal's relevance to the subject.
3. Following acceptance in the second stage, the article will be sent to two reviewers for peer review. The following is the procedure for reviewing articles:
A) The article will be rejected if both reviewers reject it.
B) If the two reviewers' opinion is a general review of the article, we will send it to the author for review.
C) If one reviewer's opinion is a major/minor review and another reviewer rejects the article, we will send the article to the third reviewer. We will decide based on the opinion of the third reviewer based on cases a and b.
4. In accepted articles that require minor or major corrections, the author should correct the items the reviewers considered in the article's text as soon as possible. The respected authors must write a letter to the reviewers and respond to all objections.
5. We will submit revised articles to the Comparative Reviewer.
6. Every week, an email is sent to the reviewers as a reminder. If the reviewer has not judged the article by the deadline, it will be returned and sent to the new reviewer.
7. If the comparative reviewer accepts the article, it will be accepted and sent to the editor.
8. The respected authors must correct the article's structural and editorial flaws within the specified time frame.
9. After the formalities and editing are completed, the article is published electronically, and each article is assigned a DOI.
10. After completing the preceding steps, authors can obtain an acceptance certificate from the publication system.
